In this first video (with sign language) in the series “Giving Yourself the Means to Succeed,” we discover how Métriplus, which distributes industrial fasteners to manufacturers, integrated people with disabilities into its company.

The general manager of Métriplus was supported by a Roseph specialist to develop his inclusive business as well as by the advisor from his regional organization on employability for people with disabilities.
