In partnership with the Office des personnes handicapées du Québec (OPHQ), Henkel Media invites employers to recruit competent people with disabilities.

In this second video (with sign language) in the series “Giving Yourself the Means to Succeed,” we discover the food manufacturing company Au P'tit Marché, which employs a third of people with disabilities.

With the help of the Montérégie Training, Integration and Employment Retention Service for Disabled People, director Daniel Trottier was able to call upon these employees, whom he simply describes as "different" and whom he considers "even more efficient than all the others."
