Julienne, founder of the Centre de référence des élèves issues de l’immigration (CREII), was just starting out. After meeting with Silvia, her assigned mentor, her worries dissipated and her project took off. Today, she is confident and business is thriving.

Dream big… that’s what Silvia kept telling him, a slogan that has become her own. The experienced woman didn’t hesitate to tell him about her journey and, above all, to listen to her partner. “I saw myself in her when I was starting out,” a wink that helped establish mutual trust and the desire to surpass themselves, each in what they had to experience.
