Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

As a trainer, Ms. Albert participated in the first of ten weeks included in the Inclusive and Participative Leadership Certification Program, offered by Infopresse, in collaboration with DanieleHenkel.tv . This first training is called Consciousness, Coherence and Leadership: Developing as a Leader in Complexity . Maïna Albert will also be a trainer for another cohort planned from January 2021 to April 2022.

" More human and inclusive leadership requires a form of humility and kindness towards oneself and towards others. After ten years of working in different environments and organizational contexts with different people, I see that it is terribly lacking in openness and kindness ."

It is possible, even desirable, for companies to operate under shared authority and develop their collective intelligence. A leader, according to Ms. Albert, is a person capable of mobilizing other individuals or teams towards achieving the objectives of a company or organization.

A good leader must guide, influence and inspire. That said, this ability to lead team members well is rarely innate. It is closely linked to the increasing maturity acquired over time. An effective leader must be aware of his or her responsibilities just as he or she must learn from other leaders.

" We observe in organizational environments, whether in SMEs or large companies, that people in positions of power can experience solitude. They must hold down the fort, maintain a façade, demonstrate credibility, be a reference... They have a great responsibility in addition to the daily operational load. When these leaders arrive in a space where they can finally share on these issues, without performance challenges, it allows [to breathe]. In addition, they can be seen, heard and understood by others. They can exchange, without pressure and without judgment, about their experiences ."

The next cohort will take place from January 28 to April 22, 2022. A few places are still available .

"At a time when the world is in crisis and increasingly divided, it is possible to feel within oneself, and outside oneself, a climate of distrust about a threat that is identified or not. Consequently, it is easy to close oneself off from difference. Leadership must be more inclusive, more human, more open to difference. In this sense, the certification program in inclusive and participatory leadership is timely."
