WHITE, FOR THE ADULTS!

A mineral and elegant white: B3 2020 , Les Bacchantes

Almost organic Pinot Gris. Notes of honey, melon and white flowers. Drinking this lively white is like finding the pearl when cracking your oysters!

Located in Hemmingford in Montérégie, Les Vignes des Bacchantes is a family vineyard of more than 40 kilometers. The owner's father is none other than the late Jacques Daoust, who had been at the head of Investissement Québec and former Minister of the Economy. The son left the business world and made the family dream come true. With his wife, he is now a proud producer of 30,000 bottles and soon double that, thanks to new vines and a reputation for excellence.

But also…

Two highly prized organic chardonnays: Les Rosiers (2020) or Le Couchant (2021), Les Pervenches Spontaneous fermentation, organic and without added sulfites: in addition to being very clean , these white wines from the Farnham vineyard are really popular!

SEXY RED

A red and smooth vintage like velvet, Amphore Rouge 2020 , Coteau des Artisans

This is their very latest vintage, a blend of Frontenac, Marquette and Petite Perle, with aromas of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry, all in sweetness.

The Hill of Artisans of Béthanie is the first vineyard in Quebec to have aged wines in sandstone and terracotta amphorae, a thousand-year-old practice that removes acidity, which disappeared with mass production. The fashion is coming back, at the same time as that of organic and natural wines. A crazy bet that a cabinetmaker and designer couple brilliantly took up by developing a pioneering vineyard on their land in Montérégie.

But also…

An organic red to quench your thirst: 3 Frontenac , Vignoble la Bauge From Brigham in Estrie, the family vineyard la Bauge produces organic and natural products in supermarkets. This blend of black, gray and white Frontenacs explodes with fruit!

A convinced red, Les entêtés , Domaine de Nival Pinot noir and silky tannins that evolve, created by the Domaine de Nival whose name is no longer to be made. The pinot noir of this vineyard is of very high quality, it is among the best vintages of Quebec.

HYPE FOR ORANGE WINE

A complex and exclusive orange wine: TER Amphore 2020, Vignoble de Pomone

Complex on the nose and in the mouth: aromas of cereals, straw, sourdough and tea, and structured notes of slightly lemony white peach. A bouquet of Louise Swenson, Prairie Star, Swenson White, Frontenac noir, gris and blanc for an exceptional maceration wine that goes with almost everything!

Released just a few weeks ago! To be discovered quickly, because only 630 bottles were produced. From the Pomone vineyard, one of the largest in Quebec with 16 hectares in the heart of Côteau-du-Lac, in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region. Built by a farmer with nearly 50 years of experience and an accomplished businesswoman, the estate also cultivates a variety of fruits, hence its name, Pomone, the goddess of fruits.

But also…

An expressive and disconcerting orange, Frangine, Pinard & Filles. The very tasty white skin maceration from Pinard & Filles, which is only cloudy in its color. All the orange fruits are there: peaches, grapefruit, oranges and lemons. Orange is the new Christmas red.
