1. SET AN EXAMPLE

Although he has to deal with several complex files, the business leader who always has his nose in his phone does not have the quality of presence that allows him to be attentive to others and to situations. On the other hand, if he adopts healthy work habits, by choosing moments of real exchanges with his employees in particular, he will be an example to follow for his staff.

2. DEVELOP A QUALITY OF PRESENCE

Is it because of hyperconnectivity or the frenetic pace of today's society? The fact remains that some managers are too busy to meet with their team. To arrive in the right frame of mind for the next meeting and have the desired impact, it would be better to respect these "suspended" moments in the day to refocus and put yourself in the right frame of mind for what comes next.

4. BREATHE

"For five minutes, at a rate of six breaths per minute, we can increase the amplitude of cardiac variability (the pulse), which helps improve our state of balance and concentration. A simple daily practice that makes me feel on my X!"
