The measures surrounding activities to do in Quebec during the holiday have just been tightened again on December 20, the date on which cinemas, bars and performance halls must close their doors for an indefinite period. We have therefore focused on invigorating cultural proposals, which should remain open (at the time of writing), or which take place outdoors.
