The first cohort is underway: ten weeks of interactive training in inclusive and participatory leadership in collaboration with Infopresse! A first in Quebec!
The president of Infopresse, Arnaud Granata, all smiles, set the table with the extent of the changes that entrepreneurs are experiencing today and the upheavals that are shaking the job market, in particular the appalling shortage of talent and the difficulties of retention.
The president of the companies Danièle Henkel, calm as usual, spoke from the outset of the human qualities that leaders can no longer ignore if they want to be able to react and contribute to the evolution of their company. She hammered home that interpersonal skills, this set of soft skills whose importance is whispered, are inherent to all success, in the same respects as know-how.
“First, as a human being, I have to accept that I don’t know everything. It’s impossible to have all the answers. I have to listen, be open to welcoming other points of view and other different experiences. Because as a leader, my role is to make others shine.” – Danièle Henkel
The Inclusive and Participative Leadership Certification Program addresses issues of diversity and more humane management. Experienced, inspiring entrepreneurs address these topics and many others.
Among these:
➔ Being a leader in a complex world with Sébastien Beaulieu , founder at LeadershipVerticalTM, expert in organizational psychology and Maïna Albert , co-founder at LeadershipVerticalTM, expert in integral development.
➔ Mobilizing your teams in times of transformation with Anne Sérode , Senior Director, Strategies and Brands at TV5, expert in change management.
➔ Creating an inclusive team dynamic focused on diversity to drive change with Nogol Madani , founder and CEO of Glee Factor, an expert in inclusive company culture.
➔ Attracting the right talent with a strong employer brand with Laura Parent, HR Marketing Strategy Director, sept24, expert in employer branding and HR marketing.
➔ Co-development workshop led by Danièle Henkel and Arnaud Granata , co-ambassadors of the program.
The next cohort will take place from January 28 to April 22, 2022. There are still spots available!
“To provide access to diversity, Infopresse and DanieleHenkel.tv are committed to creating the Scholarship for Entrepreneurial Diversity, by welcoming 5 participants per cohort free of charge. “With this scholarship, we are ensuring that we put the principle of diversity into practice,” say Danièle Henkel and Arnaud Granata.
