1. Decathlon: inclusive employer
As part of a series on inclusive employers in partnership with the Office des personnes handicapées du Québec , we met three committed employers who have hired and integrated people with disabilities into their teams. The Decathlon capsule particularly touched many of you (nearly 100,000 views as of December 29, 2020). It even toured Europe and was seen as far away as Argentina! Like us, you were moved by the testimony of Fred, this “life warrior” suffering from multiple sclerosis, who uses a wheelchair. See how Decathlon was able to adapt its environment and how dedicated employees like Émiliano and Manon were enriched by this experience.
2. DH discovers Normand and Elena

Financial forecasts, a source of headaches! The École des entrepreneurs du Québec has taken up the challenge of simplifying our task.
